Grammar School Dundalk visit Leinster House and meet some Oireachtas members

Mr Paul Brady brought some of his senior Economics students to Leinster House this week and they were very interested in everything they saw and heard. They had the opportunity to meet with some Oireachtas members and to put some very well thought out questions to them on topics such as the Fair Fare travel scheme, the possibility of lowering the voting age to 16 and how they got in to politics in the first place. The students and Mr Brady then had an escorted tour of the Houses of the Oireachtas before spending some time in the Dáil chamber observing the debate on Wind Farms.
