Táin March 2012 will be on TG4 on Sunday 23rd Dec at 9.30pm

 

" Louth Táin March" staged a re-enactment of The Táin March in June 2012 from Ardee to Carlingford. There was a considerable amount of work behind the scenes preparing chariot costumes etc and bringing the Táin epic to the school children of selected schools.

Tobar Productions from Belfast filmed a lot of the work and the March itself and they condensed it into a half-hour documentary which will be broadcast this Sunday evening on TG4 at 9.30PM. (English language subtitles)
