Draft Louth County Development Plan 2015-2021 is available for viewing from today

In accordance with Section 12 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (as amended), notice is hereby given that Louth County Council has prepared the Draft Louth County Development Plan 2015-2021.
An Environmental Report has been prepared, setting out the likely significant environmental effects of implementing the Draft Plan, in accordance with the Planning & Development (Strategic Environmental Assessment) Regulations 2004-2011. A Natura Impact Report of the Draft Plan has been carried out pursuant to Article 6 of the Habitats Directive 92/43/EEC. The Draft Plan is also accompanied by a Strategic Flood Risk Assessment ,Draft  Housing Strategy and Draft Retail Strategy.
A copy of the Draft Plan, Strategic Environmental Report, Natura Impact Report and accompanying documents will be available for public inspection during normal opening hours 9.00am – 5.00pm (excluding any bank holidays and public holidays) from Monday 6th October 2014 to Wednesday 17th December 2014 inclusive at the following locations.
