In accordance with Section 12 of the Planning and Development Act
2000 (as amended), notice is hereby given that Louth County Council has
prepared the Draft Louth County Development Plan 2015-2021.
An
Environmental Report has been prepared, setting out the likely
significant environmental effects of implementing the Draft Plan, in
accordance with the Planning & Development (Strategic Environmental
Assessment) Regulations 2004-2011. A Natura Impact Report of the Draft
Plan has been carried out pursuant to Article 6 of the Habitats
Directive 92/43/EEC. The Draft Plan is also accompanied by a Strategic
Flood Risk Assessment ,Draft Housing Strategy and Draft Retail
Strategy.
A copy of the Draft Plan, Strategic Environmental
Report, Natura Impact Report and accompanying documents will be
available for public inspection during normal opening hours 9.00am –
5.00pm (excluding any bank holidays and public holidays) from Monday 6th October 2014 to Wednesday 17th December 2014 inclusive at the following locations.
