Today is Restart a Heart Day and
here at the Irish Heart Foundation, we want to teach the Irish public
how to perform Hands Only CPR. The more you know, the more likely you
are to act and save someone like your mother, father, son, daughter or a
stranger on the street. So, how are we going to teach the public how to
perform Hands Only CPR in one day? Well, we’re telling the touching
story of two hands who meet, fall in love and work together to save a
heart that once brought so much love into the world. While you watch
this very short story you’ll learn the basic skills for performing Hands
Only CPR, so that no one need stand by helplessly again… and please
