Dundalk Positive Mental Health Forum hosted a Conference "Journey to Recovery, living with a mental health issue" in the County Museum, Dundalk as part of their featured activities for Positive Mental Health Week.
The keynote speaker was Cork hurler Conor Cusack, a keen advocate for mental issues, who spoke about his own personal journey.
Other excellent and insightful presenters were Dr Lisa Butterly, and Garreth Phelan, suicide resource officer with the HSE.
Many thanks to everyone who attended the launch of the Art Exhibition and the Conference.
