The online registration process requires each child's PPS number, gender and date of birth, a parent's or guardian's PPS number and contact details and the selection of a GP of choice. If your GP is accepting online registrations you will submit your application and await GP acceptance. If your GP of choice is not accepting online registrations, you will complete the form online, print it and bring it to your GP of choice for acceptance and return to the HSE by post. From July 1st all children under 6 will be eligible for free GP care as well as age-based assessments at 2 years and 5 years focused on health and well-being.
